  3. Especially, on POD 4, the count of lymphocytes, CD4+T cells and CD8+T cells were significantly higher in LCR group than OCR group (P < 0.05). The count of CD45RO+T cells in LCR group also had significant rise trend compared with OCR group (P > 0.05), while the count of NK cells in OCR group still had continuous depression trend compared with LCR group (P > 0.05).
