  1. The increase of Hoechst 33342 concentration decreased intracellular dye accumulation in all HCC cell lines tested. The intracellular dye intake of 2.5 μg/mL as lowest dye concentration was considered as 100.0%. The data represented the mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
