The expression levels of CASC7 and AFP in the serum of HCC, CHB and normal group. (a) Result showed that expression level of CASC7 was significantly up-regulated in HCC patients compared with CHB patients and healthy controls (p < 0.001***) and there was no significant difference between CHB patients and healthy controls. (b) Serum AFP concentration was significantly higher in HCC patients than CHB patients and healthy controls, and it was also higher in CHB patients than healthy controls (p < 0.001***).
